Tree Trim & Shrub Pruning
March 2022
Community wide tree trim & shrub pruning service occurs twice a year. Once in Spring and once during the Fall. We have many trees and shrubs in our community. The service usually takes a few weeks to complete.

Notify VFPHOA if you have trees and shrubs which you do not want the lawn service to trim or prune.
Road Safety Signs
April 2021
Junction City is installing the road safety signs requested by the VFPHOA.
Three school bus stops are located along Commonwealth Drive. Prevent accidents and collisions. Stop for school bus when it is parked for loading and unloading of children.
Seitz Retaining Wall Project: Phase 2

We installed capstones to give the retaining wall a clean look.
Sewer Maintenance
April 2021
Junction City is performing sewer maintenance April 13, 2021 between 8:30am and 12pm. This may cause low water pressure for homes in our VFP Community.
