Leash Required

Leashes are required by Junction City.  All dogs who are outdoors in VFP Community must be leashed even when pet's owner/caretaker is present.

Clean up animal waste when dogs are walked or kept outdoors.  Take time to review local laws regarding leashes, animal waste, and other pet related matters.  Check with the local animal shelter at (785)238-1259 or online https://library.municode.com/ks/junction city/codes.

Large Trash Items

Do not dump large trash items on curb unless you have scheduled a pick-up date with the local trash service. Trash should only be set out within 24hours of trash pick-up date.

Contact Junction City Water and Sewer Department or Waste Management to schedule special pick-up for large items which do not fit inside of your trashcan.

Parking

Fuller Neighborhood Parking

24 Hour Parking Stalls. Vehicles which appear to be in a state of disrepair and/or which are parked in parking stalls for longer than 24hours risk towing at their owner's expense.

Alley Parking. Vehicles parked in front of garages for extended hours or overnight risk being towed at owner's expense.

Seitz Parking

Only park in front of your garage. Avoid blocking the path of other vehicles.  No recreational vehicles and/or RVs authorized to park on street or in front of garage. Vehicles which appear to be in a state of disrepair risk towing at their owner's expense.

No Fireworks

Junction City Ordinance does not authorize the use of fireworks in our VFP Community.  Those areas which are prohibited include: streets, alleys, sidewalks, parking stalls, and grassy areas located along Commonwealth Drive, Fuller Circle, and Seitz Court.  The design of our neighborhood increases our risk for fires which can spread to multiple homes very quickly.

If you are discharging fireworks within Junction City limits, please review their ordinances for rules. Help prevent community fires and enjoy your fireworks safely in accordance with Junction City Ordinances.
